With the financial support of Pubali Bank, a month-long skill development training program for private daycare and preschool staff began last Saturday.
The training is being conducted by Bharasa Training Institute, focusing on Care for Child Development (CCD), in collaboration with Learning Bees Daycare and Preschool. A total of 12 staff members are participating in this program.
Throughout the one-month training, participants will receive practical, hands-on learning on essential areas of child care and daycare management. The program aims to strengthen their professional skills and help them provide safer, more caring, and more structured support for young children in daycare and preschool environments.
